Whats the difference between texture and surface?

My friend told me that texture is something you can feel it and surface is something that you see.


Is that true?

Like night and day. If you mix it right...your lady will be responsive. Oops...never mind... looked at the wrong question. The ';surface'; is already hardened and in place. If you want to change the texture...You'll have to start over.
