I have this stand for a sculpture that I'm making and I want to create texture to make it seem somewhat like rock. Doesn't necessarily have to feel like it, but looking like it is important. My teacher mentioned some sort of putty that I can shape and let dry but I'm not really sure what it's called. Any ideas? Thanks!What can I use to create a rock like texture on a piece of wood?
paper mache works well. So does plaster of paris.
