What is distinct about a Chicago cheesecake in terms of taste, texture, ingredients and the way you bake it?

I'm trying to make a cheesecake for a Chicago-native, and any help, tips, tricks and advice would be great!What is distinct about a Chicago cheesecake in terms of taste, texture, ingredients and the way you bake it?
It is the crust they use, the method of creaming the ingridents together and the cooking temp.
